MiniEcotube - Reduction of NO_x emissions by SNCR (selective non-catalytic reduction). MiniEcotube product is based on the injection of urea or ammonia water into the combustion chamber through several directional nozzles mounted around the walls of the boiler at different heights. In order to achieve the most effective reduction of nitric oxide the intelligent software based on fuzzy (fuzzy logics) is used to control the injection of reagent, collecting information about:

• place in the combustion chamber with highest the concentration of NO_x,
• baseline emissions of nitrogen oxides in the chimney.

Due to this software the introduced reactant reaches to the place of the highest concentration of NOx, yielding greater reductions in NOx with less reagent consumption.
